I'm Vikki Fininen, CFA, founder of Vikki Fininen & Associates, LLC, a strategic finance advisory firm helping growth-stage companies build the financial clarity, forecasting, and decision-making capabilities needed to confidently scale and raise capital.

For more than two decades, I've partnered with executive teams to transform finance from a reporting function into a strategic advantage. I've led financial planning and analysis, built sophisticated forecasting models, supported mergers and acquisitions, and presented financial strategy to boards, lenders, and investors.

Now, I’ve pivoted to help smaller businesses access the financial expertise and support they need to grow into their next stage. My passion is to see small businesses succeed in growing sustainably and creating opportunities for entrepreneurs and their families. I believe entrepreneurship is a key tool in addressing wealth equity and opportunity equity issues in this country.
